PRODUCT USE & RESPONSIBILITY

Riding conditions, performance and range can vary by rider weight, terrain, tyre pressure and settings. Riders are responsible for understanding and following local laws and regulations.

Some VOLTREX models include an Off-Road mode intended for private property use only.

 

ORDERS & PRICING

All prices are shown in AUD. We may update pricing and product information at any time. Orders may be cancelled and refunded if pricing or listing errors occur. 

GST: All prices are shown in AUD and include GST where applicable.

 

DELIVERY

Delivery pricing and zones are listed in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Delivery timing is scheduled and confirmed after purchase.

 

WARRANTY & SUPPORT

Warranty terms are provided on our Warranty page. Support is provided according to our policies and applicable consumer law.

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, VOLTREX is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use or misuse of products. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
