WARRANTY (12 MONTHS)

Every VOLTREX bike includes a 12-month warranty for peace of mind, including the battery.

WARRANTY COVERAGE

For 12 months from delivery, we cover manufacturing faults and component failures under normal use, including:

• Frame (manufacturing defects)
• Motor system (motor, controller, display)
• Electrical components and wiring
• Battery (see Battery Coverage below)

BATTERY COVERAGE (12 MONTHS)

Your battery is covered for 12 months against manufacturing faults and premature failure under normal use.

Battery warranty does not cover issues caused by:

• Incorrect charging (wrong charger, overcharging, charging when wet)
• Improper storage (fully flat for long periods, extreme heat)
• Water damage from submersion or high-pressure washing
• Physical impact damage or tampering/modification
• General capacity reduction over time (normal battery wear)

WHAT’S NOT COVERED

• Normal wear and consumables: tyres/tubes, brake pads, chain, sprockets, grips, cosmetic wear
• Damage from accidents, misuse, neglect, corrosion/salt exposure
• Unauthorised modifications or repairs
• Water damage from submersion or pressure washing

HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM

1. Email us with your order number, a short description of the issue, and photos/video.
2. We’ll respond with troubleshooting steps or confirm the fault.
3. If covered, we’ll arrange the best solution — repair, replacement part, or replacement where appropriate.
