VOLTREX Purchase Cancellation Policy
At VOLTREX, we work hard to ensure every bike is prepared, tested, and delivered ready to ride. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.
Order Cancellations
Before Dispatch
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund, less any payment processing fees charged by third-party payment providers where applicable.
After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched or is out for delivery, the order cannot be cancelled. Customers may be eligible to return the product in accordance with our Returns Policy.
Custom Orders & Special Orders
Deposits and payments for custom orders, pre-orders, or specially requested products are non-refundable once the order has been placed with the supplier.
Change of Mind
If you change your mind after receiving your bike, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The bike must be unused and in as-new condition.
- The bike must not have been ridden beyond a brief inspection.
- All original accessories, manuals, packaging, and included items must be returned.
- The customer is responsible for any return transport costs.
A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to cover assembly, inspection, administration, and handling costs.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact VOLTREX within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and details of the issue. We will work with you to arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
