Delivery
Do you deliver bikes ready to ride?
Yes — bikes are delivered fully assembled, adjusted and test-checked, ready to ride.
What are your delivery fees?
0–50km from Osborne Park: Free
50–100km: $150
Outside our local delivery area: contact us for a quote.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery is scheduled. After purchase, we’ll contact you to confirm the earliest available delivery window.
Ride Modes & Use
Do the bikes have a Road Mode?
Yes — all models include Road Mode (PAS) with a 25 km/h assist cut-off.
Do the bikes have an Off-Road mode?
Yes — Off-Road mode is intended for private property use only. Always follow local laws and regulations.
Will range and performance vary?
Yes — range and performance vary by rider weight, terrain, tyre pressure, wind and settings.
Warranty & Support
Is warranty included?
Yes — a 12-month warranty is included with every VOLTREX. Battery manufacturing faults are covered.
How do I make a warranty claim?
Email hello@ridevoltrex.com with your order number and photos/video. We’ll respond with next steps.
Returns
Do you offer change-of-mind returns?
Because bikes are delivered fully assembled and tested, we don’t offer change-of-mind returns once delivered. If anything arrives faulty or damaged, we’ll make it right.
What if my bike arrives damaged or faulty?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video and we’ll sort it fast.

We accept major card payments via Shopify checkout (and any other payment methods shown at checkout).
